Refund policy
Alvantor is customer-oriented and we care about you loving our products. To back this up, we offer a 1-year limited warranty and satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Alvantor tent or run into any issues, please contact us via email or call the number located on our "Contact Us" page and we will provide you speedy service from our headquarters located just outside of Los Angeles, CA. Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority!
To request a return authorization, please email us at <sale@alvantor.com>. All returns require a return authorization.
Unless the return is due to Alvantor's error (i.e. The item is damaged or defective upon arrival), the original shipping cost will not be refunded and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Any claim for damaged or defective products must be made within 72 hours of the delivery of your order. If the claim is made after 72 hours, we will honor our 1 year limited warranty and provide you with the best repair option for your product and issue. Returns are not allowed 30 days after the order is delivered, unless it is a quality issue.
For orders which we provide a return label, we will no longer support returns if not returned within 30 days of providing the label.
If the product is returned because of the wrong address you provided, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
In the following cases, a 20% restocking fee will apply to your return:
- Order/ item rejected on delivery
- Unauthorized return
- Cancel the order after fulfillment
- Requesting a return after shipping without product quality issues
About Return fee：
Return in transit: 8% + $17 fee (Exclude refused delivery)
New, unopened return: 10% + return shipping (Include refused delivery)
Used, opened return: 20% + return shipping
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OR MISUSE OF PRODUCT.
